1. Can I pick my order up instead of paying for shipping?
Absolutely! Use code “LOCALPICKUP” at checkout for free pick up from our studio. Our hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10-5, and Saturday, 11-4.
2. What qualifies for free shipping?
Free shipping is applied to orders of $100 shipping to a single destination. If multiple items are ordered and qualify for free shipping and multiple destinations are desired, a shipping charge for the additional destinations will incur. 3. Do you offer a rush upgrade on an order?
Yes, we can accommodate a rush on an order on a case by case basis. Please email us to inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org. After our initial conversation, we will set up a custom listing for you.
4. Are your items dishwasher/microwave/oven-safe?
We recommend hand-washing for all of our items, as that will prolong the longevity of your handmade item. Items that have gold-luster are not dishwasher or microwave safe.
5. Are your glazes food-safe?
Yes! All of our tableware and serveware are finished with glazes that are lead-free and non-toxic.
6. Can I use your serveware in the oven?
Yes! Our work is made of stoneware clay. It is very durable and is great for baking. It can go from the refrigerator to the oven. Simply wait to preheat the oven, and let the dish heat up slowly as the oven preheats.

8. Do you take bulk orders?
Yes! Large orders take between 4-6 weeks to fulfill, depending on the amount ordered and the size. Contact us at email@example.com to inquire about a bulk order.
